  My wife and i moved to Keeneland Park in July 2015 and we moved out July 2016. The overall experience was Poor. The staff in the office are wonderful and while they try their best and people are human, they can be rude. Within 2 weeks of moving in, our dryer went out and after the first rain we discovered that the front door leaked. With that being stated, the maintenance requests (4 in total) were mostly brushed off and ignored. We tried to get the water damage fixed but the company was unavailable when we would request any sort of assistance. When we finally did get people out they just cleaned the gutters instead of fixing the problem. We were not given any documentation when we submitted a ticket regarding some mold growth behind our front door and the belief is that until the 3rd ticket we did not submit anything regarding this. When we moved out they deemed our apartment not clean but failed to supply us with the reasoning (other than it was not move in ready). We are required to give specifics when moving in but they are not required when we move out. I understand people are trying to make a living and if at all possible i would suggest living somewhere else to anyone looking at Keeneland Park / Boise Property Management.
